- Trad-X can be set up and accessed at no cost; there is no licensing fee.
- A Participant will qualified as Dealer :-
- If they are already providing liquidity as Dealer on Trad-X D2D.
- If they are full member of Swap Clear Global and parent Company has over $250bn in Assets in under management.
- Dealers are required to fulfill market-making obligations; Dealers who do not comply with these obligations for two successive quarters will forfeit their access to the D2C platform.
- Non-Dealers are not subject to any market-making obligations.
